How to make [Machya bagle of Japanese style] (English subtitle)

Thank you for watching this video! Today, I would like to show you how to make a bagel with sweetened red bean and chip chocolate mixed into matcha flavored dough. You can make this delicious bagel in no time. This is a great recipe for bagel lovers. This recipe requires a shorter proofing time than other bread recipes so you can make these bagels even on busy days. Please, try make it! (Ingredients) 6 pieces 300g Bread flour・1 and 1/2 tablespoon sugar(15g)・1 teaspoon salt(5g)・1 teaspoon dry yeast(4g)・2 tablespoons Machya pawder (10g)・190g lumawarm water・45g sweet red beans, 45g chip chocolate (summary to make) Dissolve the matcha powder in warm water , and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together using a card.  Once the dough becomes less liquidy, form it into a ball and kneed 30〜50 times. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and shape into balls and dough rest for 5 minutes. Form a rectangle which is 10cm × 15cm (~4 inches × ~6 inches) in size.  Roll the dough making sure the Ingredients are folded in.  By connecting it together, it becomes a ring. Let the dough sit for 15 minutes placing the back side of the bagels face down.  Gently put the bagels into the boiling water. Once the bagels come up to the surface, boil each side for one minute.  Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200C (395F).
